The Christmas decorations in the room were beautiful and festive, adding to the holiday spirit. The location was perfect, only a short walk from the local market and the public transportation. Additionally, the room service was prompt and efficient, making our stay a comfortable one.
Sadly, our experience at this hotel was disappointing. We found the staff to be unengaged and uninterested in providing customer service. The food was subpar and unappetizing, leaving us disappointed and disheartened. The overall atmosphere lacked warmth, with no holiday cheer or festive ambiance. our Christmas experience at this hotel was underwhelming and lackluster.

We had a great experience at this hotel! Best aspects were the modern and clean room, ideal location, friendly staff, and beautiful terrace dining area. The suite was perfect and everything was well-maintained. The hotel facilities were top-notch and the breakfast was delicious. The location of this hotel is ideal, close to several attractions and with plenty of free parking spots nearby. the room was modern and clean, with nice facilities and a comfortable bathroom. the breakfast was decent and the staff was polite.
The service in the restaurant was poor and not very attentive, making the dining experience less enjoyable.

The hotel had a perfect suite that was clean and modern. The terrace dining area was very nice and had a beautiful view of the surroundings. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure that our stay was comfortable. The hotel also had free parking spots nearby and was conveniently located near key attractions.
The restaurant service was slow in the summer and could have been better. The restaurant had poor service in general and did not ask if everything was okay.
